City Administration Offices

Ramon M. Young, City Manager, administers operation of all departments within the City of Maysville. His office is located in the Municipal Building, 216 Bridge Street, along with City Administration, Maysville Utility Commission, Maysville-Mason County Convention & Visitors Bureau and Fire Station #1. The city offices are open 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
City Administrative Offices are the location for commission records, city finances, engineering, downtown development, business licensing and taxes, and alcoholic beverage licenses as well as city payroll and human resources.
Romie Griffey, Comptroller/Treasurer, oversees city finances along with Assistant Comptroller Karen Cracraft and Accounts Payable Clerk Sharon Swisher. Karen Cracraft is also Human Resources Director for the city and is assisted by Payroll Clerk Melissa Wood.
Lisa R. Dunbar, CMC, is the City Clerk. She performs duties as proscribed under state statute and city ordinance. She is also the Web site administrator and provides notary services.
Sam Baker is the City Engineer who oversees all capital projects – streets, buildings, floodwall – as well as major landscaping projects. He is assisted by Craig Brammer.
Duff Giffen, is Director of Maysville Renaissance on Main Program, administering downtown development and historic preservation. She is also Maysville’s Director of Tourism. She is assisted in Tourism by Suzie Pratt and Sarah Swope.
