Burn is a Personal Training Studio that specializes in one-on-one and small-group training. Clients will receive a great deal of individual attention, but at a very reasonable cost. (Small Group X Classes: $3 Clients $5 Public)

Your goal is our goal!

Our Personal Trainers will provide YOU the client with exercise prescription and instruction to fit YOUR goals. Trainers motivate clients by setting goals and providing feedback and accountability to clients. Trainers also measure their client’s strengths and weaknesses with fitness/body assessments on a monthly basis. Clients will get education in many other aspects of wellness besides exercise, including general health and nutrition guidelines.

Prior to all training the client MUST complete a Fitness Consultation!
