The following items are available & included in the rental fee.  All items must be requested one month prior to the event.

GENERAL DAILY RENTAL FEES

The Cox Building

  • Third Floor $950 (+$250 for wedding ceremony in Blue Lodge Room)
  • Blue Lodge Room $150 (4 hours) $450 (8 hours)
  • Shackelford Room $150 (4 hours) $450 (8 hours)

The following chart represents the most comfortable settings for each area.

Please note: When additional items are set up in these areas (head tables, band & dancing), accommodations must be reduced. Our staff will assist with your special event requirements.
