Maysville Fire Department Training Tower Photos

The Maysville Fire Departments fire training tower project was started in 2003 and was completed in 2004. We received a grant from the Kentucky Fire Commission for $112,500 to help erect this facility. The 3 ½ story building has a burn room and also a burn corner on the third floor. The structure is used throughout the year by our department. Any volunteer department in our area has been invited to use the facility anytime they so choose. This tower is also a great asset that we utilize during our annual fire school that brings in 400 firefighters from across the state for fire training.
