NOTICE:  KENTUCKY ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE CONTROL WILL NOT BE ACCEPTING NEW APPLICATIONS OR RENEWALS BEGINNING THURSDAY, DECEMBER 12TH AT 4:30PM EST UNTIL MONDAY, DECEMBER 16TH AT 12:00PM EST, DUE TO THE DEPARTMENT’S TRANSITION TO A NEW ONLINE PORTAL. Coming Soon: ABC’s New and Improved Online Licensing Portal! To serve you better, the Kentucky Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control will soon launch a new, user-friendly online licensure portal, allowing you to apply and renew your ABC licenses online.
The licensure portal will simplify your interactions with the Department through an online dashboard. You will be able to apply for and track your submitted applications, view license availability in your city or county, and update your license information all in one location. As we transition to the portal, please be aware of the following information:
As of December 16th 2019, the Department will no longer accept paper applications nor paper checks. All new applications must be submitted through the online portal. 
Should you need assistance with the new system, staff will be available to assist you in person at this new location, in addition to continuing to be available by phone and email.
