Separate, sealed BIDS for (CITY OF MAYSVILLE) LIMESTONE CREEK PUMP STATION IMPROVEMENTS – ELECTRICAL PACKAGE will be received by the City of Maysville at the Municipal Building, 216 Bridge Street, Maysville, KY until 10:00 a.m., 3rd May 2022, and then at said office opened and read aloud.

Please refer to the full written specifications for additional information on proper submittal of bids. 

Bidding Documents may be examined at City Hall in the Commission Room, 216 Bridge Street, Maysville, KY, on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.

Bidding Documents may be obtained by download from the City of Maysville’s Engineer of Record, Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. sharepoint website at the following link (Limestone Creek PS #4) or from the City of Maysville website at www.cityofmaysville.com.  The Owner will not be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, to be issued or obtained by bidders. 

The owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids. 

Title VI Minority bidders are encouraged to bid.

No bidder may withdraw their bid within   90   days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
