An application for a seat on a city board or commission.

    Please list the city boards and/or commissions on which you are interested in serving. Board and commission members must be reside in the city limits unless Mason County is part of the title. All applicants must be residents of Mason County.
  • Please list any city affiliated boards or commissions on which you currently serve or have served in the past.
  • Please discuss your qualifications to serve on the board(s) and/or commission(s) for which you indicated interest above.
  • Please list any relatives or close friends who work for the City of Maysville, Mason County or the entity for which you are applying.
